Commercial Caulking and Wet Sealing
Glass Major provides essential services in the maintenance and construction of buildings to provide enhancements to energy efficiency, longevity, and overall structural integrity of the building’s envelope. Old window gaskets and building control joints in time will crack due to thermal expansion and contraction. They must be cut out and removed before the new sealant is applied. Glass Major seals glass to metal or glass to concrete with DOW products (available in a variety of colors) to prevent water, air, dust, and insects from entering the building. We also seal control joints to provide necessary crack management, stress relief, and thermal expansion and contraction of concrete buildings.
